LEGAL NOTICE OF SCOPE OF SERVICES — Tyler Suran provides professional strategy and operational consulting, not clinical therapy. These services are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. No therapist-client relationship is established through these engagements.
1. Engagement & Relationship
By scheduling a consultation, enrolling in a coaching package, or accessing digital resources through Unmasked Career Lab, you acknowledge that our relationship is that of a client and a professional career/operational consultant. These services are educational and consultative in nature.
2. Board Licensure & Supervision
Unmasked Career Lab provides independent career roadmapping and strategic guidance. Coaching hours do not count toward official state licensing board (e.g., California BBS) supervision requirements and will not be signed off on clinical supervision logs.
3. Pricing & Cancellation Policies
All fees for sessions and packages are listed upfront and transparently. We require 24 hours' notice for session rescheduling. In circumstances involving acute emergencies or medical need, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks—including The Unmasked Method™, Low-Dopamine Documentation templates, and diagnostic worksheets—remain the intellectual property of Unmasked Career Lab and Tyler Suran. Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own clinical practice.
